Geoff Baggett
Geoff is the pastor of Crossroads Fellowship in Cadiz, Kentucky. He was blessed to be used of the Lord to plant this church in 2002. Prior to starting his church planting / pastoral ministry, Geoff served for twelve years as a youth minister in churches in Tennessee, North Carolina, and Kentucky. A long time ago (a very long time ago) he was a Medical technologist on staff at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis. Geoff is a U.S. Army veteran. He is married to Kim, and the father of two teen-age daughters, Laura Beth and Katie. He hosts another blog, called Mission Peru, that documents his church’s journey as a Church Planting Strategist church in partnership with the International Mission Board’s REAP North team in Peru. Rob Ayers
Pastor Rob Ayers has served as Pastor of Camp Branch Baptist Church since May 1, 1996. His gifts lie in both the teaching ministry, as well as in personal and marital counseling. He holds a Masters of Marriage and Family Counseling, a Masters of Religious Education, as well as a Doctorate of Ministry. He lives with his wife Teresa and their three children. Bowden McElroy
Bowden lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He earns his living through his private practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor. His experience in counseling has provided him with the opportunity to minister through a “second career” as a Long-Term Interim Pastor (Transitional Pastor), primarily with conflicted congregations. He earned his B.S. at Oklahoma State University and his Master of Education at the University of Central Oklahoma. He has also studied at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Bowden is married and has three daughters (ages 25, 22, and 16). Bowden hosts the blog, “Counseling Notes”.
 
Roger Ferrell
Roger is glad to be the pastor of Woodland Creek Church in Dacula, Georgia, and Church Planting Strategist for his Baptist Association. He has been blessed to serve as a worship leader, youth pastor, and catalytic consultant in South Carolina and as a church planting missionary in Maine. Roger enjoys seeing things grow; especially churches, people, and plants – and he is overly fond of old books and out-of-the-way places. His favorite thing is being Caroline’s husband and Bennett, Sam, and Emmie’s dad.
 
David Rogers
David and his wife, Kelly, have been missionaries in Spain for the past 17 years, the last 13 with the International Mission Board. During this time, they have been involved in various aspects of church planting, leadership training, and mobilization. They are currently on Stateside Assignment in Cordova, Tennessee. They have two sons, Jonathan (18) and Stephen (10). David earned his B.A. at Baylor University, and his M. Div. at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. David is a big fan of the University of Memphis Tigers basketball team (already pre-season #1 in several polls)! He has been blogging since February 2006 at Love Each Stone.
 
Dave Samples
Dave has had the privilege of serving as the pastor of Cornerstone Baptist Church in Windsor, Colorado since July 23, 2000. He is currently the Team Leader for the Missions/Outreach Team of the Longs Peak Association. He has a Master of Divinity Degree with Biblical Languages from Southwestern Seminary. He did his undergraduate work at Union University and is also a graduate of Harrison-Chilhowee Baptist Academy in Seymour, Tennessee. Dave has served as the Chairman of the Colorado Baptist General Convention Executive Board. He is a veteran of the United States Navy Chaplain Corps. Dave frequently blogs at davesamples.blogspot.com. He married his wife Tina in 1985 and they have two teenage boys. Tina is a talented singer, songwriter, speaker, and author. From the Middle East
“From the Middle East” and his family were called by God six years ago to represent His Kingdom to Muslims from unreached people groups. He is the father of two children and the husband of one wife. He currently works with a “short-term” sending agency and is responsible for raising awareness of needs among unreached Muslim people groups and then mobilizing, training and leading short-term teams to meet those needs. Prior to this he studied Arabic while sharing life with Muslims from one of the least-reached people groups in the world. He holds one secular degree and is currently working on second. John Stickley
John lives in St. Joseph, Missouri, and is a layman at Missouri Valley Baptist Church. He is the webmaster for sbc IMPACT, and is responsible for all things technical associated with the site. John is an electrical engineer by trade, a rabid Kansas City Chiefs fan, an avid fisherman, amateur guitarist, and enjoys other hobbies including computers / internet, sports, and photography. He is married to Nancy, and is daddy to three wonderful kids, Jeffrey, Jenna, and Allison. John writes regularly over at his blog, Toward the Goal, sharing thoughts on life, faith, and family.
 
Dave Miller
Dave is the pastor of Southern Hills Baptist Church in Sioux City, Iowa, and is a past president of the Baptist Convention of Iowa. He is a graduate of Southwestern Seminary, and has served churches in Florida, Virginia, and, most recently, Iowa. He has been married to Jennifer for 31 years, and has three sons and a daughter. Dave has a passion for writing, and blogs over at “This Tent’s Just Right”, and “WORD Processing”. He’s also a huge Yankees fan, so don’t hold that against him!
 
Chris Johnson
Chris is currently the Pastor of Grace Church at Hermitage which is located eleven miles east of downtown Nashville. He and his wife Karen have lived in the Middle Tennessee area for about 22 years, while raising two children, Elliot and Shannon. Chris has served the church for some 30 years in Texas and Tennessee and during the past 10 years has worked in leadership and oversight of the church in the Hermitage area. He is a full-time employee of Fresenius Medical Care, the world’s largest dialysis provider, with headquarters in Bad Homburg Germany. Chris is the Manager of Information Systems specializing in Network Architecture and Engineering for over 2200 clinics serving 175,000 patients.
